
REFUND POLICY
In the event that a pet is found to be in unhealthy condition at the time of acquisition, as confirmed by a licensed veterinary clinic within a period of five days, the seller agrees to accept the return of the animal. Upon return, the seller will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount paid by the buyer. However, this credit will not cover any associated shipping fees or additional expenses.
Furthermore, the buyer acknowledges that dissatisfaction with the purchased pet, as well as issues such as theft, toileting problems, family allergies, and similar circumstances, do not entitle the buyer to request a refund or seek compensation from the seller.
Should the buyer decide at any point in the future that the pet cannot remain in their home, it is imperative to first contact the seller before making alternative arrangements. Under no circumstances should the pet be surrendered to a rescue organization or humane society. Instead, the pet should be returned to the seller for re-homing if necessary, without any expectation of a refund.
Please note that shipping delays do not warrant the return of the pet.
